Yummi – Renewal Policy

This policy explains how your subscription renews.
By using Yummi, you agree to these rules.


Subscription Renewal

  • Auto-Renewal:
    Your plan will renew automatically unless you cancel it.
    That means you’ll be charged again when your time is up.
  • Reminder Before Renewal:
    We will send you an email at least 3 days before your plan renews.
  • How to Cancel:
    You can stop renewal by contacting support or following the cancel link in the email.

Billing

  • Billing Periods:
    You pay based on the plan you chose (monthly, every 3 months, etc.).
  • Payment Method:
    We will use the card or method you gave when you first signed up.
    Please make sure your payment info is up to date.
  • Changing Plans:
    Want a new plan? Change it before your next renewal.
    The new plan will start in the next billing cycle.

Refunds

  • Normally No Refunds:
    We don’t give refunds for renewals.
  • Exceptions:
    If you had a big technical problem and we couldn’t fix it, you can ask for a refund.
    You must ask within 3 days of being charged.
